NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF MORRIS ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Township of Morris Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held on November 24, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in person and viewable via Zoom in the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Township of Morris, New Jersey, at which meeting the application of Edward Dwyer for permission to construct Additions and renovations is scheduled to be heard.
Said property is known as Block 6502 Lot 26 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Morris and is located at the following street address: 17 Spring Brook Road.
The Board of Adjustment is being asked to grant the following variances from the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law and/or Township Ordinances:
Ordinance Section: 95-28 - Area, Bulk, and Yard Requirements & 95-29A(2) Lot Regulations
Specific variance relief being sought: Applicant's proposed additions will create a right side yard setback of 11.71 feet where 20 feet is required and the addition to the left will create a side yard setback of 25 feet where 30 feet is required, and a combined side yard of 36.71 feet where 50 feet is required. Applicant will also seek a variance for expansion of a non-conforming structure.
The applicant will also seek any additional variances and/or waivers which may be deemed necessary at the time of the hearing.
