NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 7:30 p.m. on February 19, 2026, at the Harding Township Municipal Building, 21 Blue Mill Road, New Vernon, New Jersey, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment, to consider the application of 56 Brighton LLC, whose address is 840 Myersville Road, Gillette, NJ 07933, for minor site plan approval and zoning variances from sections 225-122F and 225-116D1/225-178F of the Harding Township Land Use and Development Code, to allow construction of a new residence and a front yard setback of 22.7 feet for a historic root cellar to be retained on the property and which will be in front of the new residence. The applicant will also seek any further relief that may be required by the Board.
The property subject to the application is 33 Lindsley Road in Harding Township, also known as Block 50, Lot 4.02 on the tax map of Harding Township.
All other applications, including and supporting plans and other documents, are public records and may be viewed in the agenda links on the Harding Township webpage at www.hardingnj.org under the Board's "Meeting Documents" tab 10 days prior to the hearing date or inspected by appointment in the Office of the Secretary to the Board at the Harding Township Municipal Building, 21 Blue Mill Road, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., Monday through Thursday and 8:30 -12 noon on Fridays, except legal holidays. At the public hearing, members of the public may appear concerning this application.
