TOWNSHIP OF ROXBURY   Public Hearing Announcement Park Development Application   Local Governments - Public Hearing Announcement   PURPOSE: Roxbury Township is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for improvements at Horseshoe Lake Park located at 72 Eyland Avenue near the intersection of Righter Road in Succasunna (Roxbury).   PROJECT SCOPE: Roxbury Township proposes to renovate the following facility at Horseshoe Lake Park: Imagination Station; A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment for the project can be found at: www.roxburynj.us.   PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 06:00PM.
