NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD
Notice of intent to Award Contract under National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.
The Township of Jefferson intends to participate in the OMNIA Partners national purchasing cooperative, formerly known the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA), to purchase Online Products and Services.
The Township of Jefferson intends to utilize OMNIA Partners Contract #R-TC-17006, entitled “Online Marketplace for the Purchase of Product and Services” between Prince William County Public Schools, P.O. Box 389, Manassas, VA 20108 (“lead agency”) and Amazon.com Services LLC (Amazon Business).
The initial term of the OMNIA Partners contract between the lead agency and Amazon.com Services LLC was January 19, 2017 through January 18, 2022 with subsequent renewals currently until January 18, 2028.
The Township of Jefferson is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
The Township of Jefferson has been a registered member of OMNIA Partners, Public Sector since July 19, 2012.
It is the intent of the Township of Jefferson to enter an agreement with Amazon.com Services LLC for products pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the OMNIA Partners and Prince William County Public Schools request for bids.
The length of the contract shall be for up to 24 months including any applicable support, service and warranty terms.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township of Jefferson's Finance Department during regular business hours, as well as municipal website www.jeffersontownship.net and the OMNIA Partners website www.omniapartners.com.
Comment period ends at the end of the business day on February 20, 2026.
