NOTICE OF HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF ROXBURY
Please take notice that on the 11th day of May 2026, at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Roxbury Township Zoning Board of Adjustment on the appeal/application of the undersigned for variance(s) or other relief so as to permit a detached garage and hot tub on the premises located at 59 Main St, Succasunna, NJ 07876 and designated as Block 3801 Lot 71 on the Roxbury Township Tax Map.
Variances are required from the following:
§ 13-7.24. B-1A LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT.
§ 13-7.2403. Required Conditions. [Ord. No. 17-09 § 14]
I. Impervious Coverage. There shall be a maximum impervious coverage of the lot of fifty (50%) percent. Proposed 55.37%
D. Area, Yard and Building Requirements.
5. Minimum rear yard setback:
(b) Accessory building: 20 feet. Proposed 3'5".
6. Minimum side yard setback:
(b) Accessory building: 10 feet. Proposed 5'3".
