Please take notice that Anthony Terrana has filed an application with the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Hanover for relief from the provisions of the Violations of Article Number XXVII Section Number 166-171 E (14) Maximum Improvement Coverage as well as any and all other violations of the Zoning Ordinance that may be required so as the permit increasing improvement coverage for additional patio and pavilion on the premises located at 40 Highland Ave, Whippany NJ, 07981 known as Block No. 7601, Lot No. 42.02, on the Township Tax Map. Application Case # 1925 is now on the Secretary's Calendar, and a public hearing has been ordered for June 18, AT 6:30 P.M., prevailing time, at the Municipal Building, in the Main Meeting Room, 1000 Route 10 West and North Jefferson Road, Whippany, New Jersey at which time you may appear in person or by agent, or attorney and present any objection which you may have to granting this appeal.
