PUBLIC NOTICE
BOROUGH OF MOUNT ARLINGTON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned applicant has filed an application with the Mount Arlington Borough Land Use Board seeking approval to construct an addition to the existing single-family dwelling located at 20 Windemere Avenue, Mount Arlington, New Jersey, and designated as Block 17, Lot 1 on the official Tax Map of the Borough of Mount Arlington. The property is located in the RA-15 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
The applicant is requesting variance relief for the minimum required rear yard setback, where 25 feet is required and 8.3 feet is proposed, together with any and all other variances, waivers, permits, approvals, or other relief as may be required upon review by the Board.
A public hearing on this application has been scheduled for April 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mount Arlington Borough Hall, 419 Howard Boulevard, Mount Arlington, New Jersey 07856, at which time all interested parties may appear and be heard in accordance with the rules of the Land Use Board.
Copies of the application and supporting documents are available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing. Arrangements to review the application may be made by contacting the Borough's Land Use Board Secretary. The documents may be reviewed in person or obtained electronically by appointment at the Mount Arlington Borough Hall, 419 Howard Boulevard, Mount Arlington, New Jersey 07856, during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
