BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Township of Morris Board of Adjustment will be held on February 23rd, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in person and viewable via Zoom in the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Township of Morris, New Jersey, at which meeting the application of Glenn David for permission to build a second story addition, side garage addition, rear addition, and deck addition.
Said property is known as Block 5901, Lot 1 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Morris and is located at the following street address: 9 Westminster Place.
The Board of Adjustment is being asked to grant the following variances from the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Ordinance:
Ordinance Section: 95-28 Area, Bulk and Yard Requirements
Variance Relief being sought:
• The variance request is for a pre-existing side yard setback of 18.96 ft, where 30 ft is required, and;
• to reduce the combined side yard setback to 66.67 ft, where 75 ft is required, and;
• a variance for a pre-existing front yard setback of 52.81 feet, where 75 feet is required,
The applicant will also apply for any other associated variances, approvals or waivers necessary for the approval of the application.
