RESOLUTION [To Set a Public Hearing to Grant a Restaurant Retail Liquor License to Logans Roadhouse Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Logans Roadhouse 472.] WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 6, Section 6-3(a) of the City of Prattville Code of Ordinances, a public hearing shall be set to allow public comment for licenses, including Restaurant Retail Liquor licenses; and WHEREAS, Logans Roadhouse Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Logans Roadhouse 472, located at 2775 Legends Parkway, Prattville, AL 36066, has made application for said license. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Prattville hereby sets a Public Hearing for March 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Prattville City Hall for said license application.
