NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION Notice is hereby given that a PETITION FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT of Decedent's Estate has been filed by Kelly Lee, as Administrator Ad Litem of the Estate of Betty Joyce Hubert, deceased, requesting that the Court appoint a day for hearing the final settlement to examine and audit the Administrator Ad Litem's report of account, state the same and render a decree passing said account as stated and record same, and fix, determine and allow the Administrator Ad Litem such fees and awards as may appear fair and just with respect to her services and expenses in the premises.
