Notice of Dissolution In accordance with and pursuant to the Alabama Limited Liability Company Law of 2014 and Section 10A-5A-7.05 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that BCWPB, LLC, an Alabama limited liability company (the "Company"), was dissolved on March 16, 2026, pursuant to an action by written consent of the sole member to the dissolution of the Company, and Articles of Dissolution were filed with the Alabama Secretary of State on March 16, 2026. Any persons with claims against the Company should send written notice to the Company at the following address: Attn: Wade Parker, 1900 Fifth Avenue North, Suite 2800, Birmingham, 35203. Such claim should set forth the name of the claimant, the address and telephone number of the claimant, the nature of the claim, including, but not limited to, all facts supporting such claim, and the date the claim arose.
