MP-2020-003 CHESIRE DRIVE Request approval of a revised plan for the property located at the north end of Chesire Drive and Chesire Way, changing townhouse lots to single-family residential lots, in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District. 9397 CHESIRE DRIVE Request final approval of Somerhill Plat No. 13 located at the northern end of Chesire Way and Chesire Drive in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District. RZ-2026-010 ATLANTA HIGHWAY Request recommendation for approval to rezone property one (1) lot located approximately 1,000 ft. north of Atlanta Highway and approximately 700 ft. west of Wares Ferry Road (aka 176 Travel Trail) from an M-1-Q (Light Industry-Qualified) Zoning District to an R-125 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
