PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Whitefish Bay has scheduled a Public Hearing for Monday, October 6, 2025 at 6:00 P.M., to be held in the Village Hall Board Room, 5300 North Marlborough Drive, Whitefish Bay, WI 53217.
1. Public Hearing on the following proposed ordinance:
A) Ordinance No. 1918 to Rezone 530 East Silver Spring Drive (Tax Key Parcel 165-0332-001), 5605 North Lake Drive (Tax Key Parcel 165-0304-000), 5623 North Lake Drive (Tax Key Parcel 165-0303-000) from District 11 – Silver Spring Drive Business District, and 525 East Beaumont Avenue (Tax Key Parcel 166-0360-000) from District 4 Churches, Public Buildings & Grounds, and 5639 North Lake Drive (Tax Key Parcel 165-0301-000), 5633 North Lake Drive (Tax Key Parcel 165-0302-000), Tax Key Parcel 165-0331-000, and Tax Key Parcel 166-0361-000 from District 7 – Automobile Parking to PDD – Planned Development District for development of a grocery store.

A majority of the members of other governmental bodies, including, but not limited to the Plan Commission may be present to gather information about a subject over which they may have decision making responsibility. The above meeting is therefore hereby also noticed as a meeting of those governmental bodies, although they will not take any formal action at this meeting.
