Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District Board of Education Committee Meeting Summary August 25, 2025 6:00 p.m. Meeting 1. Frank Carini called the meeting to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 3. Roll call was taken. School Board Members Present: Frank Carini, Kelly Ganiere, Mike Dudzik, Mark Verhalen, Sheryl Cerniglia, Meredith Wittmann, Brianna Allen Kaiser 4. Sheryl Cerniglia motioned and Mike Dudzik seconded to approve the agenda. Motion passed 7-0. 5. The Board heard from one person during the public comment period. Action Items: 6. Meredith Wittmann motioned and Kelly Ganiere seconded to approve the personnel report as presented. Motion passed 7-0. 7. Mike Dudzik motioned and Sheryl Cerniglia seconded to approve the creation of a new teaching position and that it be funded from the approved 2025-2026 budget. Motion passed 7-0. 8.
