VILLAGE OF WHITEFISH BAY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Whitefish Bay has scheduled a Public Hearing for Monday, December 1, 2025 at 6:00 P.M., to be held in the Village Hall Board Room, 5300 North Marlborough Drive, Whitefish Bay, WI 53217. 1. Public Hearing on the following proposed resolutions: A) Resolution No.3188 to authorize to vacate a portion of public roadway. The Village will vacate certain portions of previously platted public roadway which include (i) a walkway at along the north side of East Silver Spring Drive and east side of North Consaul Place, and (ii) a portion of the former North Consaul Place adjacent to a parcel owned by the Village and identified as PIN 165-0331-000; and (iii) a walkway along the south side of East Beaumont Avenue, causing those areas to revert back to the adjacent parcels as fee simple ownership. B) Resolution No.3189 to approve a new Certified Survey Map consolidating the multiple parcels owned by Sendik's into two lots that will allow for the redevelopment of the existing site.
