Official Notice of Location and Hours of Polling Places
At the Spring Election to be held on April 7, 2026, in the City of Franklin, the following polling place locations will be used for the wards indicated:
Franklin City Hall, 9229 W. Loomis Rd., Wards 1, 2, 3
Franklin Law Enforcement Center, 9455 W. Loomis Rd., Wards 4, 5, 6, 7
Polish Center of Wisconsin, 6941 S. 68 St., Wards 8, 9, 10, 11
Milw. County Sports Complex, 6000 W. Ryan Rd., Wards 12, 13, 14, 15
Milw. County Sports Complex, 6000 W. Ryan Rd., Wards 16, 17, 18, 19
St. Martin of Tours Church, 7963 S. 116 St., Wards 20, 21, 22
Franklin City Hall, 9229 W. Loomis Rd., Absentee Ballot Central Count Processing
(7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
All polling places will open at 7:00 a.m. (unless otherwise noted) and will close at 8:00 p.m. All polling places are accessible to elderly and disabled voters. If you have any questions concerning your polling place, contact the municipal clerk.

At the close of voting on Election Day, pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. § 19.84, the Election Inspectors at each polling place will convene as the Local Canvassing Board for the purpose of conducting the local canvass pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.51. This meeting will be open to the public pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.81-89.
