Loomis Rd., Wards 1, 2, 3 Franklin Law Enforcement Center, 9455 W. Loomis Rd., Wards 4, 5, 6, 7 Polish Center of Wisconsin, 6941 S. 68 St., Wards 8, 9, 10, 11 Milw. County Sports Complex, 6000 W. Ryan Rd., Wards 12, 13, 14, 15 Milw. County Sports Complex, 6000 W. Ryan Rd., Wards 16, 17, 18, 19 St. Martin of Tours Church, 7963 S. 116 St., Wards 20, 21, 22 Franklin City Hall, 9229 W. Loomis Rd., Absentee Ballot Central Count Processing (7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) All polling places will open at 7:00 a.m. (unless otherwise noted) and will close at 8:00 p.m. All polling places are accessible to elderly and disabled voters.
