Village of Greendale Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Greendale will conduct a Public Hearing as part of its regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of Village Hall, 6500 Northway, Greendale, Wisconsin to consider the following matters: - A request from the Greendale Village Club, Inc to rezone the parcel number 696-9998-005, 6263 Sherwood Rd, from R1 Residential to P Park District. A copy of the application is available in the Office of the Clerk in Village Hall during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Whenever it is most practical for the Board and the persons interested in the Public Hearing items, the Board will act on the Public Hearing immediately following the conduct of the hearing, rather than later in the agenda.
