Wisconsin Coastal Management Program: Enhancements Needs Assessment and Strategy The Wisconsin Coastal Management Program (WCMP), State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration, invites comments on its draft 2026-2030 Wisconsin Coastal Management Program Assessment and Strategy. The document was developed as part of a five-year cycle under the Section 309 Enhancement Program: States and territories conduct self-assessments to determine needs and opportunities within nine enhancement areas. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Office for Coastal Management reviews and approves the Section 309 documents developed by states and, after approval, provides funding under Section 309 of the federal Coastal Zone Management Act.
