Chapter 128 Receiver over the assets of Sparhawk Trucking, Inc., Sparhawk LLC, Sparhawk Properties LLC and Sparhawk Truck and Trailer, Inc. (collectively, "Sparhawk") by Order of the Circuit Court for Wood County, Wisconsin, and in proceedings pending in the Circuit Court for Wood County, Wisconsin. Devon J. Eggert, Esq., is the Wis. Stats. Chapter 128 Receiver of all property and assets of Sparhawk and the Court has vested with Devon J. Eggert, Esq., all powers of the Receiver pursuant to Chapter 128, Wisconsin Statutes. All creditors of Sparhawk are required by Order of the Court entered in these proceedings to file their verified claims with the Honorable Emily Nolan-Plutchak, Wood County Courthouse, 400 Market Street, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin 54494, on or before March 19, 2026. Those failing to timely file their claims with the Court will be precluded from participating in any dividend in this matter. You are further notified that the Court entered an Order, effective December 10, 2025, 2025, enjoining certain proceedings by creditors against Sparhawk, other than the filing of claims in these proceedings. Sparhawk, their officers, directors, shareholders, members, agents, and employees are also enjoined and restrained from transferring, encumbering, or otherwise disposing of any of the assets of Sparhawk.
