Legal Notice Proposals shall be submitted through the www.bidexpress.com web service until Twelve O'Clock Noon, Local Time, June 15th, 2026 at which time they will be publicly received and read aloud, for the project known as: RIC SR 0013 15.97 (PID 112693) Copies of the plans and specifications must be obtained from www.bidexpress.com. All bidders must register and be a member of the web service to bid on the project. Bidders must comply with the Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Richland County and the City of Mansfield as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor. Only Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) pre-qualified contractors may submit bids for this project. Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best bidder as determined by the City of Mansfield's Board of Control in the best interest of the City of Mansfield. The City of Mansfield's Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
