Legal Notice Separate sealed proposals will be received by the Human Resources Department of the City of Mansfield, 30 North Diamond Street, (Eighth Floor), Mansfield, Ohio until 12 O'clock Noon, Local Time, Wednesday, June 10, 2026 which time all proposals will be opened and publicly read for the following improvements: Benefit Broker and Consultant Services Plans, specifications, cost estimates, and blank proposals must be obtained from the office of the Human Resource Department, 30 North Diamond Street (Eighth Floor), Mansfield, Ohio 44902. Bid proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the City Human Resource Department. The City of Mansfield, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
