Three years have passed, yet you’re still so near,
In every memory, in every tear.
Wife, mom and grandma, we say,
Carried in our hearts each and every day.
A fighter at heart, so strong and so true,
Through years of struggle, you bravely grew.
Though health may have tested the limits of grace,
You met every challenge with courage and faith.
A mother to three, your love ran deep,
A bond so strong it will forever keep.
In laughter and lessons, in all that you gave,
You built a legacy time cannot erase.
Three little hearts called you Grandma with pride,
In their smiles and stories, you still reside.
Your warmth, your kindness, your gentle way,
Lives on in them more and more each day.
With your husband, your love still stays,
In quiet moments and ordinary days.
A gentle strength that still guides him through,
Forever grateful for a life with you.
Though heaven is now your home,
You’re still our anchor, our memory.
Until we meet again someday,
We will always carry you with us
