BE IT KNOWN, that JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, J. Dustin Smith, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Morgan Superior Court #1 its Complaint against Defendant Vince Cullers, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Vince Cullers, upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Morgan County, State of Indiana, to wit:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 13 North, Range 2 East, Morgan County, Indiana, being an original description as prepared by John J. Larrison, Indiana Professional Surveyor Number 20000230 (Holloway Engineering Job Number 120239), described as follows:
Commencing at a copperweld rod, found in the county road which, per Morgan County Surveyor’s Records, marks the southeast corner of the above captioned Section 25; thence North no degrees 46 minutes 49 seconds West (bearing of the east line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, based upon the Indiana State Plane, West Zone, Coordinate System N.A.D. 1983), with said east line, 1332.33 feet to a copperweld rod which, per Morgan County Surveyor’s Records, marks the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North no degrees 45 minutes 23 second West, with the east line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and in the county road, 204.52 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46” and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; thence continuing North no degrees 45 minutes 23 seconds West, 75.00 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46”; thence South 88 degrees 55 minutes 43 seconds West, 49.54 feet to an iron pin with cap engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46” (hereinafter referred to as “iron pin with cap”); thence North 47 degrees 54 minutes 06 seconds West, 61.00 feet to an iron pin with cap; thence North 89 degrees 32 minutes 28 seconds West, 136.43 feet to an iron pin with cap; thence South 88 degrees 31 minutes 35 seconds West, 160.11 feet to an iron pin with cap; thence South no degrees 13 minutes 02 seconds East, 76.63 feet to an iron pin with cap; thence South 46 degrees 30 minutes 24 seconds West, 55.97 feet to an iron pin; thence South 17 degrees 04 minutes 53 seconds West, 32.69 feet to an iron pin with cap; thence South no degrees 08 minutes 55 seconds East, 57.27 feet to an iron pin with cap; thence North 90 degrees no minutes no seconds East, 230.16 feet to an iron pin with cap; thence North 10 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East, 93.40 feet to an iron pin with cap; thence North 90 degrees no minutes no seconds East, 194.09 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 1.47 acres, more or less, and subject to the right-of-way for the county road on the east side of the parcel, and to any other rights-of-way, easements or restrictions of record or observable.
Together with and subject to an access and utility easement, lying in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 13 North, Range 2 East, Morgan County, Indiana, being an original description as prepared by John J. Larrison, Indiana Professional Surveyor Number 20000230 (Holloway Engineering Job Number 120239), said easement being described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
