NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Morgan Superior Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55D03-2412-MF-002623, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and Charles Kantmann and Sheryl Kantmann were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 16th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 160 North Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana.
Lot Number Eighteen (18) in BROOKLYN ESTATES, an addition to the Town of Brooklyn, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 317, page 536, in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
