By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Morgan Circuit Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55C01-2510-MF-002534 wherein Servion Inc. was Plaintiff, and Ashley P. Liddell, Rotimi Adeniran, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, United States of America, acting through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and North Madison Crossing Owners Association, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16 day of March, 2026, at the hour of 2:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 160 North Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 126, in North Madison Crossing - Section 2B, as per plat thereof recorded May 18, 2021 Instrument No. 202107112, in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana.
