NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Morgan Circuit Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55C01-2309-MF-001718, wherein BMO Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and IMC Credit Services LLC, State of Indiana and Julia Sheeks were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 11th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 160 North Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana.
Lot Number One (1) in Block Twelve (12) Cunningham's 2nd Addition to the City of Martinsville, Indiana as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Record 29, page 509 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
