NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Morgan Superior Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55D02-2508-MF-002099, wherein Citibank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner trustee of the New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2019-4 was Plaintiff, and Thelma Edwards and Andrew William Edwards were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 11th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 160 North Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana.
Part of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 12 North, Range 1 East, beginning at a point 9.95 chains West and 59 1/2 feet South of the Northwest corner of the original plat of the Town, now City of Martinsville, said point also being on the East line of Maple Street in said City and running thence South 41 1/2 feet; thence East 1.12 chains, thence North 41 1/2 feet; thence West 1.12 chains to the place of beginning, containing .07 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
