NOTICE OF THE 2026 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE LAKE DETURK CONSERVANCY DISTRICT Notice is hereby given of the District's Annual Meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 commencing at 7:00pm. Located at Morgan County Library Meeting Room, 110 S. Jefferson St, Martinsville, IN 46151. The purpose of the annual meeting is to elect directors for Area 2, Area 4, Area 3 and Area 5 and to discuss the past year's operations. Pursuant to I.C. 14-33-5-11.5, if there is only one (1) nominee for the election to the Board to represent an area, an election is not required to be held and the nominee is considered elected as if the election had been held.
