Beabout, Steven G. Madsen and the unknown heirs, devises, successors, and assigns of the named Defendants and any and all other persons claiming title to Real Estate described herein must respond within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published or judgment by default may be entered against those Defendants for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
