11705731 Request for Bid Call Center Support   Consolidated Utility District (CUD) is accepting bids to provide after-hours call center support services. The goal of this RFP is to identify a service provider capable of delivering high-quality, reliable, and professional call-handling services outside of our normal business hours to ensure consistent customer support.   Consolidated Utility District provides Water and Wastewater Services to Rutherford County. We receive customer calls outside of regular business hours and require a vendor to act as the first point of contact during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing inbound calls, collecting and relaying messages, and escalating urgent issues based on predefined protocols.
