Dias and Kimberly Jo Dias and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq) Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction Trust, Series 2019-2 claiming to have an interest in a mortgage covering real property in North Dartmouth (Dartmouth), numbered 127 High Hill Road, given by Thomas F. Dias and Kimberly Jo Dias to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Poli Mortgage Group, dated January 23, 2007, and recorded at Bristol County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 8511, Page 6, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
