State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Notice of Application The Department announces receipt of an environmental resource permit application (File No. MMR_469987-001) from Silver Strand III, LLC., to construct an approximately 357.9-acre stormwater management system for a new sand mining operation in Collier County. The proposed project includes approximately 3.93-acres of other surface water impacts. The site is located east of the intersection of Immokalee Road and Camp Keais Road, Immokalee FL, 34142. Sections 13-15, 22-24, 27, Township 47 South, Range 29 East. The Project is within the watershed of the West Collier Class III waters. Collier County. Any comments or objections should be filed in writing with the Department at this address.
