NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Premises: 9 Paul Avenue, East Freetown, MA 02717 By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Donald Munroe to Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, dated February 17, 2006, and recorded with the Bristol Registry of Deeds in Book 6198 at Page 276, as affected by an assignment of mortgage from Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Financial Freedom Acquisition LLC, dated September 24, 2009, and recorded with said Registry in Book 7288 at Page 67, as affected by an assignment of mortgage from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Financial Freedom Acquisition LLC to Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, dated June 18, 2015, and recorded with said Registry in Book 8725 at Page 207, as affected by an assignment of mortgage from Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of Reliant Trust, Series HPP, dated September 22, 2022, and recorded with said Registry in Book 11249 at Page 237, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder by assignment, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold by Public Auction at 10 o’clock A.M. on the 2nd day of October, 2025 at the mortgaged premises located at 9 Paul Avenue, East Freetown, MA 02717, Bristol County, Massachusetts, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To wit: The Land with any buildings thereon, bounded and described as follows: WESTERLY by Paul Avenue, eighty-seven and 19/100 (87.19) feet; SOUTHWESTERLY by the curved Intersection of Paul Avenue and Gerard Avenue, twenty-five and 67/100 (25.67) feet; SOUTHERLY by Gerard Avenue by two courses measuring respectively fifty and 24/100 (50.24) feet and sixty-five and 17/100 (65.17) feet; ASTERLY by Lots #78 and #80 as shown on plan of land hereinafter mentioned, one hundred thirty-nine and 10/100 (139.10) feet; and NORTHERLY by Lot #71 as shown on said plan by two courses measuring respectively sixty-two and 5/10 (62.5) feet and sixty-two and 5/10 (62.5) feet.
