ZONING AMENDMENTS, MILLIS LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF MILLIS PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   The Town of Millis Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to G. L. c. 40A, § 5, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at the Veterans' Memorial Building, Room 229, 900 Main Street, Millis, MA, at 7:45 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment on proposed changes to the Millis Zoning By-Laws, Section III C, Establishment of Zoning District, Zoning Map.   The proposed amendments include:   To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town of Millis Zoning Bylaw, Section III C, Establishment of Zoning District, Zoning Map, in order to amend the Town of Millis Zoning Map to be in compliance with the updated 2025 FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs); and to amend the Millis Zoning Map accordingly, or take any other action related thereto:   The complete text of these proposed amendments to the Zoning By-Laws is on file at the office of the Town Clerk, Veterans' Memorial Building, 900 Main Street, Millis, and are available for inspection during regular business hours; and on the Planning Boad’s webpage at: https://www.millisma.gov/planning-board   THESE ARTICLES MAY NOT BE NUMBERED AS THEY WILL ULTIMATELY APPEAR IN THE WARRANT AT TOWN MEETING.   Richard Nichols Chair   AD#11682204 DN 9/22, 9/29/2025
