App. § 3901 et seq.:   MutualOne Bank,   claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Milford, numbered Parcel I East Main Street and Parcel 2 East Main Street/lnterstate 495, given by Joseph F. Shay, Jr. a/k/a Joseph F. Shay, dated March 29, 2017, and recorded in the Worcester County Registry of Deeds in Book 56909, at Page 46, have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendants' Servicemembers status.   If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
