TRADE CONTRACTOR SERVICES LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR TRADE CONTRACTOR SERVICES South Shore Regional Vocational Technical High School Town of Hanover, Massachusetts   The South Shore Regional Vocational Technical School District , through its School Building Committee, requests qualified and experienced DCAMM Certified Trade Contractors submit Statements of Qualifications for the South Shore Regional Vocational Technical High School Project. This RFQ is for the Main Bid Package. Interested Trade Contractors are sought for the following categories of work:   •  Masonry •  Waterproofing / Dampproofing / Caulking •  Electrical •  Elevator   The Owner’s Project Manager is LeftField, the Designer is Drummey Rosane Anderson, Inc., the Construction Manager is Suffolk Construction. The Estimated Total Construction Cost for the project is $223,603,801.   The complete RFQ including directions will be available on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at www.biddocs.com (under Bid Listings – Solicitations). SOQs must be submitted at or before 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. SOQs will ONLY be accepted electronically though www.BidDocs.com. All responders must create a User Profile (no charge) to submit a SOQ. Evaluations are expected to be complete by January 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Prospective Respondents shall not communicate with any person or entity participating on the Prequalification Committee at any time during the RFQ process except through written questions submitted in accordance with the process outlined in the RFQ.   This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process for trade contractors as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A.
