Gomes, Jr.; Daniel Gomes; Brianna Gomes; Jaelyn Gomes; Gianna Gomes and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act: 50 U.S.C. c. 50 § 3901 (et seq): NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing   claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Fall River, numbered 243 Oak Grove Avenue, given by Manuel C. Gomes to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for NFM, Inc. dba NFM Lending, dated January 21, 2020, recorded at Bristol County (Fall River District) Registry of Deeds in Book 9997, Page 23 and now held by the plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.   If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
