WEST OF ELLIS LANDING LEGAL NOTICE Town of Brewster Shellfish Grant Public Hearing   In accordance with the MGL Chapter 130, Section 75, the Brewster Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 23, 2025 at 6:20 PM to review the renewal application of Timothy Ellis of 66 McGuerty Road and Claudia Ellis of 72 Allen Road, Brewster, Massachusetts, to renew their one-half (.5) acre shellfish aquaculture lease located west of Ellis Landing. The current lease expired on January 1, 2026, and the applicants are requesting a ten (10) year renewal, with a proposed expiration date of January 1, 2036.   This hearing will be conducted in person at 2198 Main Street, Room A and by remote participation.
