On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:00 pm, the Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing in the Edward H. Dlott (Select Board) Meeting Room, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA and virtually (Zoom) to review the application of Boston Capital Investment Group LLC/Christopher J. Alphen, Esq. (the “Applicant”).

o Application: Updated Application for Special Permit for Carwash and Detailing Center (§III-A.2.G8, §VI-DD) and Site Plan Review (§IV.B, §V-D, §V-H, §V-I, §VI-DD); in addition to compliance with Highway Corridor (HC) Overlay District (Sections 320-329, as applicable) of the Natick Zoning Bylaws
o Project: Redevelopment of the Property for use as a Carwash, and associated site improvements
