100 Page St  LEGAL NOTICE  BOARD OF HEALTH TOWN OF STOUGHTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Health of the Town of Stoughton, Massachusetts, acting under the authority of M.G.L. Chapter 111, Section 31, of the Massachusetts General Laws and amendments and additions thereto, enabling and acting thereunder and in accordance therewith, will; in the interest of and for the preservation of the public health, hold a public hearing in the Community Room, at the Stoughton Public Library, 84 Park Street, Stoughton, MA, on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 6:00pm to discuss and/or vote a Request for Minor Site Assignment Modification at Stoughton Recycling Technologies, LLC located at 100 Page Street operated by WIN Waste Innovations 90 Arboretum Dr. Suite 300, Portsmouth NH 03801 to allot 150 tons per day of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) within the accepted 800 tons per day of Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste. No other changes to the facility and/or hours of operation are proposed. A copy of the Request for Minor Site Assignment Modification can be viewed at the Board of Health office at Town Hall.
