165 Harmes Way LEGAL NOTICE Town of Eastham CONSERVATION COMMISSION The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 6:00 PM pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, Section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Ch. 155 of the Code of the Town of Eastham, in order to consider the following.   Notice of Intent filed by Marc and Katherine Sieger. Applicant proposes to reconstruct a new dwelling to replace existing dwelling with native plantings and restoration activities at property located at 165 Harmes Way, Map 01, Parcel 103.   Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, this meeting/public hearing is a hybrid meeting.
