Notice is given by the Planning Board under the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A Sections 9 and 11 and the Braintree Zoning Ordinance Chapter 135 Articles V, VI, VII, XI and XII that a Public Hearing will be conducted on Tuesday April 14, 2026 at 7:15 P.M. in Braintree Town Hall. The Planning Board will consider an Application for Special Permit (135-601: Use – Apartment House) filed by 35 Hooker Street, LLC, Applicant. The Applicant is seeking approval to convert an existing two-family dwelling to a three-family dwelling with associated grading and paving work.
The property is located at 35 Hooker Street, Zoned General Business District, as shown on Assessors Map 2024 Plot 6. The total lot size is 0.15 acres.
