BIDS - ELECTRIC PANEL & BATH EXHAUST REPLACEMENT LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT   The Brockton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Electric Panels and Bath Exhaust Replacement, Crescent Court, 53 Plymouth Street, Brockton MA in accordance with the documents prepared by MMT, 1001 Hingham Street, Rockland, MA 02370.   Replacement of selected electrical panels, removal of selected gas meters, replacement of selected gas meters and modifications to bathroom exhaust, including fans and ductwork.   The work is estimated to cost approximately $786,000.00   Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.   THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
