LEGAL NOTICE MINUTEMAN REGIONAL VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) PUBLIC–PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (P3) EAST CAMPUS VETERINARY SCIENCE & LIFE SCIENCE EDUCATION CENTER Long-Term Lease and Operation of District-Owned Land and Facilities Located at 758 Marrett Road, Lexington, Massachusetts Date Issued: Thursday, March 26th, 2026 Proposals Due: Thursday, May 14th, 2026, at 11:00 AM (ET) LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED   The Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School District (the “Awarding Authority”) invites sealed proposals from qualified and experienced entities interested in entering into a long-term lease and operating agreement for the development and operation of a Veterinary Science and Life Science Education Center on the District’s East Campus.   The proposed project includes the renovation and operation or reconstruction of approximately 16,000 square feet of existing District-owned facilities for a Veterinary Science and Life Science education center, including but not limited to a publicly accessible veterinary clinic, related laboratories, classrooms, offices, and support spaces. The selected proposer will be required to operate the facility in a manner compatible with the District’s educational mission and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.   Sealed envelope Proposals shall be received at the Office of the Director of Operations, Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School District, 758 Marrett Road, Lexington, MA 02421, no later than the date and time stated herein. Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be accepted. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, submissions made via COMMBUYS, email, fax, or any other electronic means.   The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all proposals, and to accept the proposal deemed to be the most advantageous to the District, taking into consideration price and other evaluation criteria set forth in this RFP.
