ELECTRICAL VEHICLE PARKING, MARLBOROUGH LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF MARLBOROUGH TRAFFIC COMMISSION   A regulation to amend the Rules and Regulations of the Traffic Commission of the City of Marlborough Chapter 586, as amended, thereof entitled VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, Article X, Section 84: “Electric Vehicle Charging Stations”.   BE IT ENACTED BY THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MARLBOROUGH AS FOLLOWS:   Chapter 586 Section 84 of the Rules and Regulations of the Traffic Commission is hereby amended by AMENDING to said schedule the following:   It shall be prohibited to park a nonelectric vehicle in an electric vehicle charging station designated for the use by an electric vehicle or to park an electric vehicle in an electric charging station that is not being charged at the following locations:   Carl Rowe Jr. Parking Deck (behind City Hall)   Bolton Street Municipal Parking Lot (opposite and north of Washington Street)   Concord Road Recreation Center   Rawlins Avenue (east side) near Walker Building   Public Library parking lot Witherbee Street (south side of street)   Witherbee Street municipal parking area (north side of street)   AD#12218085 DN 4/6, 4/13/2026
