The City of Medford, Board of Appeals, will hold a Public Hearing, remotely via Zoom, on Thursday, April 30 after 6:30 p.m. on a petition from Rebecca Schrot and John Halpin to allow the recently constructed addition at 41 Yale Street which will require a Special Permit to alter and extend the pre-existing, nonconforming side yard setbacks, per the City of Medford Zoning Ordinance, Section 94-5.3.1.1 and require a Variance for adding creating a third story at 141 Walsh Street which is not allowed per the City of Medford Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 94, Table B - Table of Dimensional Requirements 1 (b).
