LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BREWSTER SELECT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Brewster Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026 beginning no earlier than 6:00 pm at Brewster Town Hall, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631 to review proposed Short-Term Rental Regulations, and to accept public comment thereon.   A copy of the draft Short-Term Rental Regulations, including an attached fee schedule, is available in the Town Clerk’s Office and the Town Manager’s Office. The draft can also be found on the Town’s website here: www.brewster-ma.gov. Written comments may also be submitted to the Select Board in advance of the hearing mailed or delivered to the physical address provided above or by email to townmanager@brewster-ma.gov. At this proceeding, Select Board votes may be taken.   Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or affect remote attendance or participation, unless otherwise required by law.
