TREE HEARING 6/9 LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE TREE HEARING   The Hopkinton Tree Warden will hold a public hearing jointly with the Hopkinton Parks & Recreation Commission on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at 6 Walcott Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748 in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 87, Public Shade Tree Law, and Chapter 186 of the Bylaws of the Town of Hopkinton, Trees, to consider removal of trees at EMC Park located at 113 Hayden Rowe Street (Assessors Map U22 Block 21 Lot 0) by the Town of Hopkinton for a sidewalk project. The applicant is proposing to remove 19 trees ranging in size and type. A virtual option will be available for this meeting and the link will be posted to the Town’s Web Meeting Calendar ahead of the meeting. The trees are posted for public inspection. Any objections to the proposed tree(s) removal must be submitted in writing to the Tree Warden prior to or during the hearing.
