Matta   and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act: 50 U.S.C. c. 50 § 3901 (et seq):   Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC   claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Weymouth, numbered 341 Ralph Talbot Street, given by Robert E. Mansour and Maya B. Matta to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, dated April 2, 2021, and recorded at Norfolk County Registry of Deeds in Book 39275, Page 394, and now held by the plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.   If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
