Trenching from vault 65 across the sidewalk into the street intercepting existing conduit.   Petition of National Grid to install 1 JO pole on W Chestnut Street and remove 1 SO pole on W Chestnut Street beginning at a point approximately 626 feet northwest of the centerline of the intersection of W Chestnut Street and Linwood Street.
